** INVITATION FOR BIDS **
Notice is hereby given that West Valley Housing Authority (WVHA) is requesting sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide residential real estate appraisal services, hence referred to as “Appraiser”, for five scattered site residential properties owned by WVHA.
Proposals must be received by 4:30 p.m., Friday, February 10, 2012 at the WVHA office, 204 SW Walnut Avenue, Dallas, OR 97338. Applicants should provide one original plus two copies of the proposal. Proposals received after the designated time and date, will be rejected. Faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
